Greetings globblings! Today I’d like to tell you a little about the tapir! But why tell you when I can SHOW you. So, without further ado, here are five funny pictures of tapirs along with five fun facts!
Tapirs are mammals with very long snouts!
They have four toes on their front feet, and three toes on their back feet.
Tapirs have a really flexible nose that can move in every direction!
Adult tapirs have very strong skin on the back of their neck which acts as a shield against animals with sharp teeth, like tigers and crocodiles.
Tapirs like to chill out in shallow water or pits of mud to stay cool on a warm day.
