GlobWorld.com is owned and operated by WishB, LLC. This website, and any affiliates or subsidiaries of WishB, LLC, are collectively referred to herein as “we,” “us” or “our”. Your use of this website is subject to these Terms and Conditions for use of GlobWorld (i.e. your “User Agreement”). Please take some time to read over this document carefully, as it is a binding contract that contains critical information about this website and your permitted use of it. Whether you are a child, parent, or legal guardian, the terms “you” and “your” as used in this User Agreement refer to you and your child.
Occasionally WishB, LLC may ask for, or you may choose to submit, personal information on GlobWorld.com. Information you submit will be described in our Privacy Policy. We’ve set up GlobWorld.com to be a safe place for kids.
GlobWorld Code of Conduct
Kids: Remember to always follow our four simple rules (otherwise known as the “GlobWorld Code of Conduct”):
1) A parent must approve your participation. Because we care about kids, GlobWorld.com requires that your parents manually activate your account.
2) Respect fellow globs. Treat other globs as you would expect to be treated. This means playing nice, no bullying, and no insulting language.
3) Be safe. Never give out your personal information to people you don’t know.
4) No cheating. Real globs never cheat or steal from each other!
The Code of Conduct establishes the guiding principles we universally conform to at GlobWorld.com. If you use GlobWorld.com, you agree to be bound by our GlobWorld Code of Conduct and this User Agreement. If you — children or adults — do not accept our GlobWorld Code of Conduct and/or User Agreement, then you should not use GlobWorld.com.
Use of the Website and Content
The basic rules of ownership of what you see and enjoy at the GlobWorld.com website are simple. We own all of what we call the “Content” (more about that below) that we or our members generate within the GlobWorld.com community. Our partners, licensors, licensees and third parties own any Content they have developed and have agreed that we can put on GlobWorld.com. That means it becomes part of the GlobWorld.com Content and is subject to our protection and our rights. We agree that you can enjoy the GlobWorld.com Content as long as you agree to respect our rights and the rights of others.

The GlobWorld.com Content may include, without limitation, trademarks, logos, software, videos, gameplay design, game design elements, characters, character designs, photos, music/audio/sound clips, illustrations, text, iconography, graphics, and data in any format. All Content in GlobWorld.com, regardless of form, is copyrighted by either WishB, LLC or third parties. WishB, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use GlobWorld.com and the Content of this website for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication, in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement. GlobWorld.com is available for free, but there may be certain customizable areas (i.e. areas of unique user-generated design) or features where users must pay for access.
Where we offer downloads of software on GlobWorld.com and you download such software, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the “Software”) are deemed Content of GlobWorld.com licensed to you by us or third-party licensors for your limited, personal, noncommercial home use only. We do not transfer title to the Software to you. Except as permitted under applicable law, you may not distribute or otherwise exploit the Software or decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, adapt it, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-readable form

Your Postings
As to any information that you post to your personal account, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authorization to do so without the consent of or payment to any third party. Parents should keep in mind they have access to their child’s account, and as such can delete any content they deem inappropriate. You grant to use a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use Your Postings. This license ends when your delete Your Postings. You also agree not to upload or post to this website: (a) infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, abusive, violent, illegal, rude, harassing, or otherwise improper Content, (b) viruses or other harmful items, or (c) commercial Content. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to adopt additional rules in any community area and to condition access, deny or restrict access by anyone, and change or modify the criteria or rules at any time. If you cancel your GlobWorld membership, we will delete Your Postings, subject to any legally required or permitted period of retention. Your Postings on a friend’s page will remain as long as they are an active GlobWorld.com member and have not deleted Your Postings.
If you believe that your rights in creative works that you have authored have been infringed upon by means of improper posting or distribution via this website, you may follow the Procedure for Alleging Copyright Infringement set forth below.
Sharing Information
We use standard blogging functionality (primarily composed of editorial posts, moderated user comments, and embedded interactive features like a polling tool or video player), public forums, as well as other features that allow users to provide us with user-generated submissions. While we do moderate ALL user-generated content before it goes “live” to ensure it meets our strict standards of tone and privacy safety, you should be aware that these forums are publicly viewed and any voluntary disclosure of personal information may be used, and/ or read by other users on GlobWorld.com.
Submissions
We love to hear from our loyal fan base! But when contacting us, please understand that any “Submissions” to us — that is to say text, email, phone, written letter, or any form of communication to GlobWorld.com — must NOT contain the following confidential or intellectual property information: product concepts, pitches, creative suggestions, business proposals, merchandising ideas, drawings, artwork, videos, musical compositions (including lyrics), sound recordings, characterizations, your and other persons’ real names, likenesses, voices, usernames, profiles, appearances, and/or biographical information. This protects both you and WishB, LLC from any misunderstandings that might arise from WishB, LLC producing Content that you perceive to be similar to your own ideas and/or designs.
Your Submissions will not be treated as confidential or proprietary, and we will not assume any responsibility or liability for any Submissions. You grant to WishB, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right and license to reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, display, distribute, sell, license, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based upon, and otherwise use or exploit your Submissions throughout the world in any and all media. You represent and warrant that you own any Submissions or have the right and authorization to make the foregoing grant without the consent of any third party, and your Submissions are accurate and do not and will not infringe any right of any third party.
Indemnification
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and your account overall, as well as all activities that occur under your account. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us (WishB, LLC), our licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and each of the foregoing entities’ respective resellers, distributors, service providers and suppliers, and all of the foregoing entities’ respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including settlement costs and any legal or other fees and expenses for investigating or defending any actions or threatened actions) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these terms of use or claims arising from your use of GlobWorld.com and/or your account. You shall use your best efforts to cooperate with us in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to employ separate counsel and assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
Advertising
We do not currently advertise to our user base. However we reserve the right to advertise to adult site members via voluntary newsletter sign-ups, corporate blog posts, or other unforeseen avenues of communication.
Linking to and from GlobWorld.com
Anyone linking to GlobWorld.com on your website must not imply or suggest affiliations to GlobWorld.com or WishB, LLC that do not exist. However, you may link to GlobWorld.com, so long as the links and related content on your site do not portray WishB, LLC or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.
GlobWorld.com may contain links to or from third-party sites (“Linked Sites”), including, without limitation, sites operated by licensors, licensees, and promotional and business partners of WishB, LLC. WishB, LLC has no control over the content of Linked Sites, and WishB, LLC does not assume any obligation to review any Linked Sites. Procedure for Alleging Copyright Infringement

Jurisdiction; Venue
You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to your use of GlobWorld.com or this User Agreement shall be filed, and that venue properly lies, only in state or federal courts located in the Miami, Florida, United States of America, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. We make no representation that Content on GlobWorld.com is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Those who choose to access GlobWorld.com and all services contained therein do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including any applicable local laws.
