GlobWorld™ “iPAD2 OCTOBER SWEEPSTAKES” OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN. OPEN TO GlobWorld MEMBERS WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE 50 U.S. STATES AND D.C., 5 – 13 YEARS OF AGE ONLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1.HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00 am (PDT) on Thursday, September 15, 2011 through 3:00pm (PDT) on Saturday, October 15, 2011 (“sweepstakes period”), every GlobWorld child member (ages 5 – 13) will automatically earn ONE entry into the iPad2 October Sweepstakes by simply being an officially registered member of GlobWorld.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are GlobWorld members in the age range of 5 – 13 at any time during the sweepstakes period, except previous winners of any GlobWorld iPad2 Sweepstakes during 2011. Eligibility subject to verification; parental verification required to become a member of GlobWorld. Children of employees, officers, directors, advertising and promotional agencies, attorneys or technical or other service providers to GlobWorld, a division of WishB LLC (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS: One Grand Prize: Apple iPad2 tablet computer. Estimated retail value: $829.99; Sponsor will incur all shipping and handling costs. Limit: One prize per person. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed Prize will not be awarded.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected by random drawing under supervision of the Sponsor. The parent of the potential sweepstakes winner will be notified via the parent’s email address provided during GlobWorld site registration within two (2) business days following the sweepstakes drawing. Parent must respond to the email notification to the Sponsor and provide the mailing address, so the prize may be delivered, within two (2) business days of notification. Upon receipt of the parent’s email reply, the Prize will be mailed to winners within 4 – 6 weeks. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety; and an alternate winner will be selected. Alternate winner notification will follow the same procedure.

5. GENERAL. This sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited by law. All applicable federal and state laws apply. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Sweepstakes materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor is not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in a parent's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the promotion in a manner deemed reasonable by Sponsor, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In such event, winners will be determined from eligible entries received prior to such determination, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. WAIVER. By participating, entrants and their parents/legal guardians warrant that s/he is eligible to participate, and accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Each participant and their parents/legal guardians agrees to hold Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agencies, law firms and service providers, and their assigns, harmless against any and all losses, claims, damages and/or liability arising out of participation or inability to participate in this sweepstakes, or the use, misuse, inability to use or redemption of any prize. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
